you automatically agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Licensing & Ownership

• All Night Fall products are licensed, not sold.
• Failure to provide complete and accurate information at checkout may result in the revocation of all licensing rights to Night Fall products.
• If you are banned, blocked, or blacklisted from the Night Fall Payhip store or Discord server, your license to use all Night Fall products will be revoked immediately.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Avatars
• Assets
• Textures
• Server freebies
• Nitro freebies

2. Refund Policy

• All sales are final.
• Night Fall does not offer refunds on any digital products.

3. User Responsibility

• Night Fall is not responsible for:
• Failure to read these Terms & Conditions
• Lack of knowledge or experience with Blender or Unity
• Uploading/setup issues caused by user inexperience
• By purchasing, you confirm that you have basic knowledge of:
• Blender
• Unity
• Unity uploading/setup procedures

4. Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Replicating, copying, or ripping custom assets used on Night Fall avatars
• Redistributing Night Fall products in any form
• Sharing files with others who have not purchased the product
• Involvement with:
• NFTs
• Lolis/child-related content

Violation of these rules may result in:

• Permanent bans
• Blacklisting
• Revocation of all product licenses

5. Enforcement

Breaking any of these Terms & Conditions can and will result in:

• A ban from the Night Fall Payhip store
• Removal from the Night Fall Discord server
• Permanent loss of licensing rights for all Night Fall products

6. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Night Fall product, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• You agree to comply with all rules listed above
• Failure to comply may result in permanent loss of access and licensing rights
