Yes. Your adress can be updated as long as we have received your enquiry 24 hours prior of placing your order.

Some of our items are non-refundable or returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Please note the return/shipping cost is at the buyers exspense.

Once returned to us we will inspect the item making sure the item hasnt been opened or used and then a refund will be sent over, minus the delivery fee.

All UK orders placed before our collection cut off (MON-FRI 3:00pm, SAT & SUN 2:30pm) will be sent with Royal Mail 24 Tracked.

This usually takes 2-3 days. Please note this is not guaranteed and delays may occur. International delivery is approximately 1-2 weeks.

We advise all our customers that they check through their package checking no items are damaged or lost.
