Refund Policy
Refunds can be requested within 7 days if you haven't received your product files. Once the files are delivered, refunds are no longer available.
Some products include files automatically, while others require access through our Discord server. Refunds will not be issued if you are blacklisted. If banned from the North Discord server, all your whitelisted products will also be removed.
You are NOT allowed to purchase our whitelisted products if you're apart of a leaking server, if you are found to be in one you will be blacklisted and not able to request a refund.
