Digital Products

Because our products are digital and cannot be returned, we strive to assist you in getting your purchase set up and running smoothly. Please note that we do not offer refunds for digital products; however, we do provide options for product exchange if needed.

I accidentally purchased the wrong version of a product or the wrong product altogether.

If you need to exchange a product for another (e.g., you bought a PowerPoint template but actually needed the Keynote version, or downloaded the PSD when you needed AI), we're more than happy to assist with the exchange process.

Here's what to do:

1. Purchase the correct product version you intended to buy.
2. Contact our Support Team with your order number for the version you meant to purchase. We'll process the refund for your original purchase promptly.

If you mistakenly used the wrong credit card for your purchase, don't worry.

Simply follow these steps:

1. Purchase the product again using the correct card.
2. Contact us, and we'll refund the original purchase made with the incorrect card.

Please remember that all exchanges must be initiated within our 3-day refund and exchange window. We are unable to process exchanges after this timeframe.

Physical Products

For any issues with a damaged or defective product, please reach out to our support team via the email provided in your order confirmation within 30 days of receiving your item. We will gladly offer a free replacement or issue a refund upon review of the required photo proof.

Regarding returns and exchanges, please note that due to our on-demand printing process, we are unable to support returns or exchanges for products once they have been ordered.

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address or is lost in transit, a refund of the product price will be issued.
