• Opia is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect setup, outdated SDKs, or user error.
• AI usage, file redistribution, or NFT training is strictly prohibited.

Purchasing grants a personal-use license only.

You may:

• Edit or retexture for personal use.
• Upload and use the avatar on one VRChat account.
• Post photos or videos using the avatar, with credit to Opia - opia-vrc

You may not:

• Resell, share, leak, or redistribute files (including edited versions).
• Upload publicly for others to use.
• Claim the avatar or any of its parts as your own.
• Split or share purchase costs with others.

Using Opia's avatars in discriminatory, harmful, or minor-involved content is forbidden..

Crediting is required for:

• Monetized content (streams, YouTube, VTubing, etc.)
• Branding or promotional use.
• Credit must be visible in public content - “Avatar by Opia-vrc (https://payhip.com/Opia)”

Credit is not required for casual personal use, but always appreciated 💗

If you wish to heavily edit/modify my models, contact me VIA discord server prior to editing.

• You may freely edit, recolor, or customize avatars for your own personal use.
• You may not commission edits or uploads.
• You may not remove branding, logos, or credits from assets or textures.
• You may not edit avatars to create derivative models for resale, giveaways, or trading.

• When gifting an avatar, you must enter the recipient’s correct email at checkout and include your own information as well.
• After purchase, only the recipient holds the license and rights to use the avatar/asset. The original purchaser does not retain usage rights unless they purchase it separately.
• Gifting to someone who is banned or blocked from the store/community is prohibited and may result in further action.

Uploads are offered in the discord server for $5-10 USD

• Ticket support is limited to file/uploading related issues (e.g., missing files or broken links).
• General Unity/VRChat setup help is not provided via tickets. Use Unity/Help channels in discord.
• Please contact within 7 days of purchase if there’s a problem with your download.

• Commission availability, pricing, and slots will be posted separately in the Discord.
• Read information in discord prior to commission purchases.
• You will not receive a refund and I am not responsible if you purchase a commission and don't get one.

Breaking these terms may result in:

• License termination
• DMCA takedown
• Ban from future Opia products
