OrangePhone 7 Pro and OrangePhone 7 Pro Max features all new Radiant XDR displays, a leap with the O7 pro chip, T1 chip with AirShare Ultra, and more.
OrangePhone 7 Pro features two entirely new displays, a compact 6.3” model and a large 6.9” model. These new displays are made using an all new process we call Radiant XDR. When compared to the previous Super OLED XDR display, Radiant XDR is more efficient, smarter, sharper, and our most advanced mobile display yet. This enables a 2x more efficient always-on display. And of course, this all new display features advanced SmoothMotion with 1Hz to 120Hz refresh rate with 35% smoother animations than OrangePhone 5 Pro. Radiant XDR is also capable of a higher 3000 nits peak brightness, making it even more visible in the brightest of light. Crystallized Display 2 also comes to OrangePhone 7 Pro as well, bringing with it a 2x more scratch resistant display, while also being 5x more scratch resistant.
On top, OrangePhone 7 Pro also features under display FaceUnlock sensor for the first time. This results in a 66% smaller cutout than OrangePhone 6 Pro and a staggering 75% smaller cutout than the original OrangePhone.
Inside, OrangePhone 7 Pro features an all new chip, O7 Pro. O7 Pro features a 6 core CPU with up to 1.7 times faster performance than O6. When compared to O3, O7 Pro is over 60% faster. O7 Pro also features a 6 core GPU, with up to 25% better graphics than the 6 core version of O6. Compared to our oldest support chip, O2, O7 Pro features an 80% faster GPU. We’ve also brought media engine to OrangePhone Pro as well, using Media Engine 2 from X3. This allows for 4x faster video rendering than O6. O7 Pro also features a new ISP, capable of running over 5 continuous 8K streams, and an all new ASP allows for 62% more clarity.
We’ve also brought T1 to OrangePhone 7 Pro as well. This enables the same new features of NFC Boost and AirShare Ultra, both still working with no connection required. T1 brings 3x faster wireless data transfer to OrangePhone 7 Pro, and it’s 10x faster than wired data transfer on model like OrangePhone 2 Pro. Just like on OrangePhone 7, O7 Pro and T1 deliver the smoothest and fastest OrangePhone Pro yet.
On the back, OrangePhone 7 Pro features entirely new camera.
We’ve updated our tripe camera system to feature a full 48 megapixel resolution on each lens. Each lens also is now made using our 2nd generation custom technology and advanced anti-reflective coating, with up to 1.5x times better light reduction.
The ultra-wide now features a higher resolution with 48 megapixels and support more dynamic range, allowing you to get more in a single shot. We’ve also added noise reduction so photos appear less grainy. Lastly, we’ve added SmartSharp, an all new feature designed to keep ultra-wide photos sharper and brighter, where previous models would return softer, lower yielded results.
The new telephoto features a higher 5x zoom, as well as improved night mode. The higher optical zoom enables a higher and further 25x digital zoom.
The new main lens. Improved software and ISPs allow for more detail and a faster aperture allows for faster capture than ever.
And of course, each of these new lenses are covered with our strong sapphire lens glass that users love.
We’ve also aded a new depth sensor. The depth sensor enables better night mode, low light portraits, and precise measurements. The depth sensor api will be open to 3rd party devs with PhoneOS 7.1.
OrangePhone 7 Pro of course also features our pro features, like Pro Photo and Pro Video.
On the front, OrangePhone 7 Pro features an all new selfie camera. It features a higher 24MP resolution, making it our sharpest and smartest selfie camera yet. And just like the rear cameras, the new selfie camera features improved night mode, anti reflective coating, and is now made of 100% recycled materials.
We’ve created an all new custom glass coloring method on OrangePhone 7 Pro as well. This method seamlessly merges two shades of a color into one, forming a stunning gradient finish across OrangePhone 7 Pro’s matte glass.
The new Pro also features 2x better water resistance than OrangePhone 5 Pro, a new 2TB storage option, capable of holding 2 times more photos, videos, apps, and more than the previous 1TB models, and super fast 11G connectivity, bringing the fastest cellular speeds ever to OrangePhone 7 Pro.
OrangePhone 7 Pro and OrangePhone 7 Pro Max also support our new environmental goals, including 100% recycled materials when making the box, as well as a thinner and smaller box, using 100% recycled metals in the steel and aluminum frame, recycled glass on the back, and 95% recycled rare elements in the internals. This is our most eco-friendly pro model ever.
OrangePhone 7 Pro and OrangePhone 7 Pro Max will be available in five new colors, Gradient Red, Gradient Gold, Gradient Gray, Gradient Silver, and Gradient Orange.
OrangePhone 7 Pro starts at $999 and OrangePhone 7 Pro Max starts at $1,099. Both models now start at a new higher 256GB of storage, giving you much more, for the same price as the previous 256GB model.
Just like with OrangePhone 6 Pro, legacy charger supported models will be available for $100 dollars more.
Pre-orders for the new Pro models begins Friday, and they’ll be available next week.
