The new OrangePad and OrangePad mini both feature all new displays. The new displays 10.9” and 8.8” sizes but reduce bezel. The bezels have also been made black so everything on OrangePad appears more color accurate. The dynamic refresh rate of the display has been improved to more quickly switch when it’s needed and when it’s not.
Both new OrangePad models feature O4, the same chip in OrangePhone 4 Pro. With O4, the new OrangePads deliver faster CPU, GPU, and memory bandwidth than ever before. Improved efficiency of O4 allows us to add up to a longer battery life in the same physical size.
The entire rear camera system of OrangePad has been uodated. We’ve added an all new 12MP sensor, first used in OrangePhone SE. This new camera brings Focus Pixels to OrangePad. With Focus Pixels, OrangePad and OrangePad mini are able to focus on subjects up to 4x better, and it pulls up to 2x more detail out of a single image. With Focus Pixels and the new sensor, we’ve added an all new video quality option, now up to 5K. We’ve also added a rear microphone to OrangePad and OrangePad mini, giving them a whopping 8x better audio when recording a video.
OrangePad and OrangePad mini also come equipped with 10G connectivity, a massive boost over 9G, and far more reliable. The new OrangePads also feature a faster USB-C port for faster charging, transfers, and connection.
The new OrangePad and OrangePad mini come in three new colors, Neon Orange, a new Silver, and a dark Black.
