Introducing PhoneOS 2!


PhoneOS 2 features a new Lock Screen with a rounder shape to notifications with larger app icons. You can also now customize the time color and font that the Lock Screen shows. A new always on display option color shifts the time to be brighter when the new wallpaper option is enabled. When enabled, the wallpaper dims and the refresh rate lowers to 1Hz.


PhoneOS 2 also features Mango, a new intelligent voice assistant that works seamlessly with OrangePhone and OrangePhone Lite.


PhoneOS 2 includes two new services, oMusic and oCloud. oMusic brings 50 million songs to OrangePhone. oCloud is an entirely new backup system for Orange devices that now use Orange servers.


PhoneOS 2’s new default wallpaper also now changes depending on the time of day when you see it.


Additional features:

  • oBuds now have support for a conversational boost mode, Talk Louder, that helps you hear easier when listening to music.
  • A redesigned camera app simplifies the experience of taking a photo, video, or anything else.
  • Performance has been increased while keeping battery the same.


Introducing PadOS 2!


PadOS 2 features a drastically different Lock Screen. The time has been moved to the top left corner, the weather widget can be pinned onto your Lock Screen in the top right corner, and you can now easily swipe away the redesigned notifications to Notification Shelf.


PadOS 2 introduces new modes of multitasking with Split View and Multiple Profile support. Split View lets you use two apps at a time side by side. Multiple Profiles allows multiple users to access and use the same OrangePad.


PadOS 2 includes the new Mango assistant for ease of use of OrangePad with just your voice.


PadOS 2 includes two new services, oMusic and oCloud. oMusic brings 50 million songs to OrangePad. oCloud is an entirely new backup system for Orange devices that now use Orange servers.


Additional Features:

  • oBuds now automatically switch to OrangePad instead of being manually selected every time. 
  • Dual-booting of OrangeOS 2 is possible if a keyboard and mouse are connected. (Beta)
  • For increased privacy, Multiple Profiles is not available unless both users have an active Orange ID.


Introducing WatchOS 2!


WatchOS 2 now includes the ability to set a solid color as your watch face.


WatchOS 2 also allows you to set a photo from your oCloud camera roll as your watch face.


WatchOS 2 includes Mango, a new voice assistant.


WatchOS 2 includes oMusic. oMusic brings 50 million songs to your wrist.


Additional features:

  • Workout tracking is 25% more accurate compared to OrangeOS 1.
  • OrangeWatch can now unlock when OrangePhone is unlocked.


Introducing OrangeOS 2!


OrangeOS 2 features a new Lock Screen that wishes you a good morning, afternoon, or night. 


OrangeOS 2 has redesigned the desktop to have a smaller dock with only the essential part of app icons. The dock has 50% less opacity to allow you to see more of the wallpaper you chose.


OrangeOS 2 includes new ways to manage app windows. Stack allows all of your windows to stack on top of each other. Column puts all of your open window except your active one a column next to your active window. All View shows all open window in a compact row at the top of the screen to allow you to easily switch between all windows.


OrangeOS 2 also includes Mango, a new voice assistant.

  • Orange desktops can be Screen Mirrored too.
  • oDisplay now supports OrangePad when it dual boots OrangeOS 2.
  • OrangeCube is 12% faster than on OrangeOS 1 with new optimizations to the C1 chip.


Introducing oPuck!


oPuck joins our product lineup as a small and compact music player to playback music added to your oMusic library. It supports wired and wireless playback. oPuck will be available is 8 colors. PhoneOS 2, PadOS 2, WatchOS 2, OrangeOS 2, and later will be required to pair.
