OrangePhone 6 and 6 Pro Service Program for No Sound Issues

Orange has determined that a very small percentage of OrangePhone 6 and OrangePhone 6 Pro devices may experience sound issues due to a component that might fail on the receiver module. Affected devices were manufactured between March 2024 and May 2024.

If your OrangePhone 6 or OrangePhone 6 Pro does not emit sound from the receiver when you make or receive calls, it may be eligible for service.

Orange or an Orange Authorized Service Provider will service eligible devices, free of charge.

OrangePhone 6 Plus and OrangePhone 6 Pro Max models are not part of this program.

Service Process

Choose one of the options below to have your OrangePhone 6 or OrangePhone 6 Pro serviced. Your OrangePhone will be examined prior to any service to verify that it is eligible for this program.

  • Find an Orange Authorized Service Provider.
  • Make an appointment at an Orange Retail Store.
  • Contact Orange Support to arrange mail-in service via the Orange Repair Center.

Before service, back up your OrangePhone to oCloud or your computer.

If your OrangePhone 6 or OrangePhone 6 Pro has any damage which impairs the ability to complete the repair, such as a cracked screen, that issue will need to be resolved prior to the service. In some cases, there may be a cost associated with the additional repair.
