Product Usage Guidelines – PD’s Workshop

By purchasing or using any assets from PD’s Workshop, you agree to the following terms. These rules are in place to protect the creator’s rights and ensure fair use of all digital products.

1. No Redistribution or Resale

Redistribution, resale, leaking, or sharing of PD’s Workshop assets—whether original or modified—is strictly prohibited.

2. Single-User License

Assets are licensed to the original purchaser only. They may not be transferred, sold, or shared with others, including team members, without express permission.

3. Game Usage Restrictions

Assets may be used in games or projects developed by the original purchaser, including collaborative or group-based games—as long as the purchaser is an active owner or contributor.

• Assets must not be distributed to collaborators independently or used in games where the purchaser is not actively involved.
• Use in commission work, development kits, or unrelated projects requires written approval.

4. Development Limitations

Assets may not be used to assist in creating derivative or reusable development content, such as unions, negates, model packs, or toolkits intended for resale or public release.

5. No Handling of Leaked Content

Handling, distributing, or knowingly using leaked or stolen PD’s Workshop assets is strictly forbidden. Violators may face immediate bans, loss of access, and reporting to appropriate platforms.

6. Attribution and Credit

You may not claim authorship or credit for any PD’s Workshop assets. While attribution is not required, misrepresentation of ownership or origin is prohibited.

7. Enforcement & Penalties

Violation of these guidelines may result in:

• Termination of access to purchased products
• Ban from future purchases
• Reports to platforms such as Payhip or Roblox
• Legal action, if warranted
