Our first in the line is the new PearPad 2 and the PearPad 2x! First off, the PearPad.
The PearPad 2 boasts a sleek bezel less design, including a camera seamlessly integrated into the bezel. This redesign comes in response to the less-than-ideal design of the PearPad 1, reflecting our commitment to listening to our customers' feedback and making improvements.
The only feature that didn't make it to the PearPad 2 is the flashlight. We found out and made this decision so that it ensures the safety of children who has used the PearPad 1, as it eliminates the risk of accidentally blinding them. On the plus side, the PearPad 2 features an upgraded 12MP camera equipped with advanced Ayane technology, capable of recording 4K video at 60fps. It comes with a standard storage capacity of 64GB, making it suitable not only for kids but also for anyone seeking basic functionality with their PearPad.
The design concept of the PearPad 2 also extends to the PearPhone 4, featuring a bold and comfortable-to-hold design. It incorporates robust protective plastic within its aluminum frame, ensuring that accidental drops result in minimal dents and only a few scratches. Rest assured, the PearPad will continue to function perfectly even after such incidents!
The PearPad 2 is equipped with the basic P3 chip, which serves as a solid foundation, just like the one utilized in the PearPhone 3. The chip offers ample power for those who require the device for essential tasks such as basic editing, gaming, video recording, social networking, and more.
Oh and we didn't forget, the PearPad also is powered by the new PearPadOS 2! (still under development since we totally forgot but development beta comes later early next month)
The PearPad 2 now features its dedicated operating system, distinct from the one used in PearPhones. This ensures that the PearPad can serve not only as a PearPhone but also function as a computer system, catering to those who require essential functionality without the need for advanced features. It's important to note that this doesn't eliminate the need for a Pacbook; rather, it provides an option for those seeking basic functionality without a full computer setup. You can hook up with a mouse and a keyboard or get our new PearPad casing that comes with it, but again this does not mean to eliminate the need for a Pacbook.
The PearPad comes in various vibrant colors, not just gray okay.
Looks much better than the PearPad 1, doesn't it? We can certainly assure you that it's well-suited for basic tasks and work.
Next up, for the professionals. Introducing the PearPad 2x.
The PearPad 2x is designed for professionals and is powered by the P4x chip, which you may already be familiar with from the PearPhone 4x. This advanced PearPad is equipped with both a flashlight and a LiDAR sensor, enabling 3D modeling and much more.
It's worth noting that the PearPad 2 doesn't offer Face Recognition, but the PearPad 2x does. Instead, the PearPad 2 features Touch Recognition on the power button, allowing for effortless unlocking with just a thumb on the power button. This feature is also on the PearPad 2x but it's up to you whether Face Recognition or Touch Recognition.
On the camera front, the PearPad 2x features ultra-wide, landscape, and up to 8x zoom capabilities with its dual cameras. The 48MP main camera ensures clearer photos and supports 4k 60fps video recording, with the exclusive Ayane feature included.
The PearPad 2x introduces a new display technology called LAD, or Liquid Areina Display, which we will talk about in the next product. Technically, it offers a 120Hz screen, but it intelligently tracks your idle movements to adjust the refresh rate where needed, ensuring smoother transitions without battery wasting.
The PearPad 2 provides an impressive 9 hours of usage on a single charge, while the PearPad 2x extends that to a remarkable 14 hours. This extended battery life is made possible by its larger battery and overall size.
For the PearPad 2x, there are three distinct color variants, which will be showcased below.
We are also committed to reducing carbon waste, and with the PearPad 2 and 2x, we have taken significant steps in that direction. These devices are constructed with aluminum and enhanced durability through the incorporation of robust recycled plastic, which is sandwiched between the aluminum casing. Our mission is to contribute to the restoration of the Earth to its natural state, aligning with our efforts to protect the environment and preserve the habitats of precious species, such as penguins.
We don't have anything to talk about now, more information will go on our website in a few days as we are trying to work to add these products. Check our Twitter for updates and when you can pre-order the PearPad. Onto the next product!
