Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from PearleCasa Publishing.

Our store sells digital products, including EPUB eBooks, printable PDF journals, planners, guides, and digital bundles. Digital products are delivered electronically, and no physical item will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

Except where required by applicable consumer law, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

We may approve a replacement file or refund when:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You received the wrong product.
• The supplied file is damaged or cannot be opened after reasonable troubleshooting.
• A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Before requesting a refund, please verify that your device supports the file type purchased. EPUB files require a compatible eReader application, while PDF files require a PDF reader.

To report a problem, contact us within seven days of purchase and include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Email address used at checkout
• A description or screenshot of the problem

We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing instructions or a replacement file. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
