About Me
Tracy Granzyk, MS, MFA is the founding and current editor-in-chief at Please See Me and freelance writer/editor/producer. She most recently served as the founding Senior Director, Center for Healthcare Narratives at the MedStar Institute for Quality and Safety, and was a longtime faculty member at the Academy for Emerging Leaders in Patient Safety (AELPS) where her passion for patient and provider safety began. Her portfolio of content includes the award-winning Tears to Transparency film series – The Lewis Blackman and Michael Skolnik stories, numerous articles on health-related topics, ghostwriting of longform fiction and creative nonfiction projects, and several WIPs for TV and Film.
Tracy earned her MFA in Screenwriting and Creative Nonfiction at the University of California-Riverside Palm Desert Low Residency program and has been represented by Dara Hyde at Hill Nadell in Los Angeles. She lives in the Chicago suburbs with two crazy puppies and is the cool aunt to four young adults.
