I am strong. I am well. I am vibrant and resilient. My body is amazing!


I am free from infirmity or disease. I have an incredible immune system. I vanquish any illness immediately. I stay well despite what is going on around me. I am in superb health!

 

I know that having a positive attitude strengthens my immune system. I also know that having an irrepressible sense of humor keeps the doctor away. I choose to do everything in my power to stay well!


I am flexible when I need to be. I am tough when necessary. I keep a buoyant attitude through any difficulties that beset my life. 


I have an effervescent personality. I am resilient despite difficulties that present themselves. I bounce back from setbacks. 


I have dogged determination to overcome any obstacles. I have spunk.


When life tries to get me down, I am as tenacious as a dog with a bone. I remain steadfast regardless of what gets thrown at me.


I have incredible stamina and endurance. I am amazingly robust. I continue to go forward through the storm.


I am dedicated to my health, which gives me such resilience, energy, and stamina. I diligently take care of my wellbeing.


Today, I am proud of how well I take care of my health. I have a fabulous diet. I exercise daily and get plenty of sleep. I am robustly healthy!
