• The right to distribute, sell, monetize, and exploit the musical work containing the instrumental track on all physical and digital platforms, up to 2,000 physical sales, 10,000 audio streams, 1 music video production, and broadcasting on 2 radio stations;
• The right to publicly perform the musical work containing the instrumental track;

Proof of purchase is certified by the issuance of a unique license key, which is provided in the receipt email sent following the purchase of the instrumental track.

The Licensor retains their copyright over the instrumental track and shall be credited as the composer in all exploitations of the musical work.

This license is granted for an unlimited duration and is valid worldwide.

The Licensor warrants that they are the sole creator of the instrumental track and hold all necessary rights to grant the rights specified in this agreement.

In the event of a breach by either party of its contractual obligations, the other party may terminate the agreement after a formal notice remains unheeded for a period of thirty days.

The Licensor grants to the Licensee the non-exclusive exploitation rights to the instrumental track, including in particular:

• The right to record and integrate the instrumental track into a musical work;
• The right to distribute, sell, monetize, and exploit the musical work containing the instrumental track on all physical and digital platforms, up to 3,000 physical sales, 50,000 audio streams, 1 music video production, and broadcasting on 2 radio stations;
• The right to publicly perform the musical work containing the instrumental track;

• The right to record and integrate the instrumental track into a musical work;
• The right to download and use the instrumental track solely for personal, non-commercial, non-profit, and evaluation purposes;
• The right to share the musical work on non-monetized platforms (such as SoundCloud, YouTube, or social media), strictly excluding any commercial sale, streaming platform monetization (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), physical distribution, or radio broadcasting;

The Licensee must visibly credit the Licensor as the composer/producer in all exploitations of the musical work (Prod by AABEL).

The Licensor retains their copyright over the instrumental track and shall be credited as the composer in all exploitations of the musical work.

This license is granted for an unlimited duration and is valid worldwide.

The Licensor warrants that they are the sole creator of the instrumental track and hold all necessary rights to grant the rights specified in this agreement.

In the event of a breach by either party of its contractual obligations, including any unauthorized commercial exploitation or failure to credit the Licensor, the Licensor may terminate the agreement after a formal notice remains unheeded for a period of thirty days, and reserves the right to issue copyright takedown notices.

The Licensor grants to the Licensee the non-exclusive and non-commercial exploitation rights to the instrumental track, including in particular:

• The right to record and integrate the instrumental track into a musical work;
• The right to download and use the instrumental track solely for personal, non-commercial, non-profit, and evaluation purposes;
• The right to share the musical work on non-monetized platforms (such as SoundCloud, YouTube, or social media), strictly excluding any commercial sale, streaming platform monetization (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), physical distribution, or radio broadcasting;
