18 months ago I broke.

I'd failed 15 times. Diet after diet. Promise after promise. Every Monday a new start that didn't make it to Friday. I was tired. Tired of lying to myself. Tired of being someone I didn't recognize.

So I made a decision and didn't let myself out of it.

A year in, I've lost 34kg. 16 more to go before I hit the physique I never thought I'd have. I'm not done. I'm still in it. Every day.

I'm here because I know what it feels like to be at the bottom. To want it and not believe you can have it.

If I can save someone from another 15 failed attempts, that's why I do this.
