Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

 

A refund is available if there is a technical issue in using the theme. Some limitations remain due to its nature as a digital product.

 

Refund is valid if all these conditions are met:

  1. The theme is installed according to the system requirements.
  2. The theme is installed on a normal and stable version of Windows
  3. The theme has technical issue(s) that make it doesn’t look and function as advertised.
  4. Refund is applied within 48 hours after purchasing.

 

These conditions are NOT covered by the refund policy:

  1. Failed to follow the installation guide that is available to read before purchasing.
  2. Choosing the wrong variant (HD instead of 4K, or 4K instead of HD, etc.)
  3. The theme is installed on a non-public version of Windows (i.e., Windows Insider), Cloud, Virtual Machines, or any form of emulator (e.g., Parallels Desktop, Wine)

 

Before applying for a refund, please make sure you have already done these steps:

  1. Read the Frequently Asked Questions and Troubleshooting guides.
  2. Contacted support@ranggakat.com about the issue(s).

 

How to apply for a refund:

Send an email to support@ranggakat.com with this information:

  1. The email address you used to purchase the product.
  2. Forward/quote the email receipt from the store.
  3. Describe the issue(s) as clearly as you can.
  4. Provide a screen recording or at least one screenshot for each issue.

 

After the refund process is complete, you will not have access to:

  1. Link to download the product.
  2. Any version updates released after.
  3. Any email feed related to the product.

 

Please understand these:

  1. If any conditions for a refund aren’t met, I have the right to reject the request.
  2. I will offer you a solution if the issue is fixable.
  3. There may be some delay in my response to your request (Please understand that this is my side job).
  4. Please delete any files related to the product (including copies) after the refund is completed.
  5. In any condition, please avoid doing a chargeback (dispute) on the transaction. This will also prevent you from making another transaction with the store afterward.
