I’m Petra and I create courses, teach, and write about employer branding, recruitment marketing and social media. After more than twelve years in marketing and five years deep in the world of employer branding, I decided to turn everything I know into practical guides that actually help people move forward.

I work with companies, HR teams and individuals who want to attract the right colleagues and communicate with confidence and personality. I also teach at university level, which keeps me close to the newest trends and the everyday challenges people face in this field.
