This license applies to all digital products — including illustrations, coloring books, clipart packs, and other related digital content — purchased from Sergej Gello Art | Road-Drawn Art on Payhip, unless a different license is explicitly stated on the specific product page.

By purchasing any digital product from this store, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the included content under the terms below.

Permitted Uses

• Personal creative projects (journaling, scrapbooking, collage, mood boards, coloring)
• Printing for personal use or interior decoration in private or commercial spaces (homes, offices, cafés, restaurants, hotels, retail spaces, etc.)
• Digital display on personal or business devices and screens

Not Permitted

• Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the original digital files, whether modified or unmodified
• Claiming authorship or ownership of the artwork
• Using the content to create a competing digital product for resale (e.g. another clipart, coloring, or illustration pack)
• Use in trademarks, logos, or any product identity without separate written permission

Ownership

This license grants usage rights only. Copyright and ownership of all original artwork remain with the artist. This agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

Extended Licensing

For extended licensing (e.g. exclusive rights, large-scale commercial printing, resale rights, or use beyond what is described above), please contact the artist directly.
