Hymn of the Rising Sun
> There is a forge in the Iron Waste / They call the Rising Sun
> And it has claimed the souls of many men / But turned back only one
>
> My fate was cast in shattered steel / My oath to time undone
> Now I ride the storm the owl foretold / From the forge of the Rising Sun
>
> The sky was torn by wings of brass / The stars began to bend
> A thousand clocks were nailed to void / To mark the age’s end
>
> I rode the rails past ruin’s gate / Through wreckage, wrath, and flame
> The past unmade, the future chained / But I recalled my name
>
> The owl it screamed a sacred note / That split the firmament
> And we who heard it turned from sleep / To rise as penitent
>
> The horseman bears the embered law / In armor stitched with sin
> His eyes reflect the afterworld / Where we shall ride again
