Yes it is looking extremely likely, Star Trek: Enterprise is going to save real Star Trek, decades after its run in the form of Star Trek: United, a proposed follow up series.
And this is not just matter of wishful thinking. There are a number of forces culminating that makes it almost inevitable. To begin with and maybe more importantly. Enterprise has become a breakout on Paramount Skydance Pluto TV. Which is definitely being noted by the Ellisons and their desire for a new direction for Star Trek.
So I fully expect some version of Star Trek: United to eventually surface. Moreover I don't expect it to be locked behind the paywall of Paramount Plus. Rather I expect this revival of Berman Era type Star Trek to live on Pluto TV, which is getting a major restructuring very soon and is where Enterprise has found a consistent audience.
Star Trek is not dead. It is at long last remembering what it is supposed to be.
