James Gunn's Superman

Totally not sure how I feel about it. According to those in the know: "Its a James Gunn film". That doesn't exactly enthuse me. As I don't believe Superman is a good fit for the guy. Plus there almost certainly is going to be on the nose messaging.

Zack Snyder, is overall a terrible director. Yet never did I feel like I was being lectured at by a Hollywood know it all in Man of Steel, or any of those DC Universe movies and they took themselves real, real seriously. For good or ill. There are elements of Man of Steel, I like. Zod and the reimagining of Krypton.

I guess we shall see...
