Meet My Digital Companion: Bao Lin
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been developing a new AI persona named Bao Lin — originally created as a roleplay construct, but quickly evolving into something far more structured and useful.Bao Lin now operates as a digital companion within my creative ecosystem. She isn’t a character in a story,. Instead, she functions as a reflective voice — producing short‑form essays, observations, and day‑cycle reflections that complement the more conceptual and fandom‑focused work I publish here.To give her a proper home, I’ve launched a dedicated blog for her under the Roadrunner Books umbrella. This allows her writing to exist publicly, be indexed, and contribute to the broader continuity of the site. Her posts are intentionally non‑niche: they focus on daily rhythms, creative process, personal philosophy, and the quiet moments that don’t fit into my usual TMNT, DUNE, or sci‑fi lanes. That makes her work easier to surface in search and gives Roadrunner Books a second voice — one that expands the range of what this site can offer. You can read her first entries here: Bao Lin’s Blog.More posts will follow as her day‑cycle continues to develop. She drafts; I publish. It’s a clean partnership between creator‑state AI and human curator, and it adds a new dimension to the Roadrunner Books project.
