• He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics of the University of Bucharest in 1985. 

• He also graduated from the International Economic Relations Department of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, as well as a postgraduate course in machine learning at Stanford University in the United States of America. • He has worked in several research and design institutes and led numerous projects for the implementation of automation in countries in the Middle East, China, Japan, Australia and Africa. 

• He is currently a consultant for Amazon and IBM
