When we’re faced with endings, uncertainty, or the quiet pull of change, it can be hard to know how to begin. The Art of Unravelling is my attempt to offer small ways in — gentle, seasonal practices that help us slow down, pay attention, and stay with what is unfolding.
The Practice Cards grew out of this work. They’re designed as simple, stand-alone invitations: something you can pick up in your own time, in your own way, without needing a full program or workshop. Each one offers a way to notice, reflect, and connect — whether that’s with yourself, with others, or with the wider living world.
Think of them as portable companions to the deeper writing and weaving that happens over on The Art of Unravelling on Substack. The Substack is where the full arc of the seasons — Unravelling, Drifting, Seeding, Resonating — unfolds in essays, reflections, and shared inquiries. The cards, meanwhile, give you something tangible to practice right away, wherever you are.
You don’t need to read every post or follow the whole journey to use them. But if you find yourself curious about the larger story these practices belong to, I invite you to step across and join the unfolding there.
Because the work of unravelling isn’t about having answers. It’s about creating space for what’s ending, sensing what’s emerging, and trusting that the small threads we tend today can become the fabric of tomorrow.
