By purchasing, downloading, or commissioning any content from Sakura’s Dog House, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

❀ General Terms

• All products and commissions are digital only — no physical items will be shipped.
• You must be 18+ to purchase from me. EVEN IF THE AVATAR IS SFW!
• These avatars are for personal use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Terms may change at any time. Continued use of products means you agree to the latest version.

❀ What You Can & Cannot Do

✓ Allowed:

• Use avatars for personal VRChat use.
• Edit or customize models as you wish for personal use.*

*You may do heavy edits of any avatar (head swaps, body sculpt edits, adding more clothing/assets, etc) AS LONG AS I AM STILL CREDITED!!! IF avatar becomes edited beyond reconizion please open a ticket in my server!~

• Upload to your personal VRChat account (I do NOT offer uploads. You MUST know how to upload yourself OR have a friend who purchased the avatar upload it for you)
• Use in videos, streams, and VTubing with credit.

✗ Not Allowed:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing models/assets (even if edited).
• Uploading any model as public or cloneable in VRChat.
• Using content in: NFTs or crypto projects, any form of AI, Hate speech, slander, and NSFW content involving minors, or anything discriminatory
• Claiming the work as your own or using parts in paid work without permission.

❀ Commissions

• By commissioning me through Sakura’s Dog House, you agree to:
• No refunds once work has begun.
• You may not resell or redistribute the final model or its assets.
• WIPs may be shown during creation unless the commission is private.
• Edits after completion may incur additional fees.
• Turnaround time varies by project scope and queue.

If you'd like a model for commercial use, please let me know in advance, a separate license and pricing apply.

❀ Credit & Attribution

• Please credit me as the creator ("Avatar by Sakurapuppyy") when using the avatar in public content like streams or social media.
• You must also follow any third-party creators' TOS whose assets you may have added to the model.

❀ Monetized Use

You may use any of my avatars for Monetized content (i.e., Twitch streams, TikTok streams, adult website streams) and on social media platforms (i.e., TikTok posts, Instagram posts, adult content platforms) as long as you give proper credit.

❀ Social Media Use

You MAY use my avatars in social media content IF you follow these platform-specific guidelines:

Instagram

• Include the name of the avatar and my name ("Sakurapuppyy") in the description of the post, (tag me plz!~)

TikTok

• Include the name of the avatar and my name in the video description, (tag me PLZ! I wanna see all videos with my avis!~)

Adult Content Platforms

• Please open a ticket in my Discord server before posting content involving the avatar.

❀ Streaming Use

You MAY use my avatars on livestream platforms with proper credit:

Twitch

• Add a visible link to the avatar in your “About” section under Credits.

TikTok Live

• The name of the avatar AND my name must be clearly visible on-screen during the stream.

Adult Streaming Platforms

• Please open a ticket in my Discord server before using the avatar in streams.

❀ Commercial Use

You may not sell, distribute, or profit from products featuring my avatars, including but not limited to prints, posters, stickers, apparel, acrylic stands, keychains, dakimakuras, photosets, renders, 3D prints, digital downloads, or any other physical or digital merchandise derived from the avatar's files, likeness, screenshots, renders, or assets.

Please contact me regarding commercial licensing opportunities.

✗ Merchandise Restriction

You CANNOT make or sell merchandise using screenshots, renders, or in-game photos of my avatars that are not artist-drawn.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Blender renders
• In-game screenshots
• Unity or FBX renders
• Any non-illustrated image used to create or promote merchandise

Only artist renditions (drawn by hand or digitally illustrated) may be used for merch, and must follow proper crediting terms.

❀ Refunds & File Issues

• All sales and commissions are final.
• No refunds will be given once files are delivered or work has started.
• If your download link is broken or files are missing, please contact me for help.

❀ DMCA & Violations

Anyone found violating these terms may face:

• A DMCA takedown
• A permanent blacklist from commissions or future purchases
• Reporting to involved platforms (VRChat, asset creators, etc.)

Please respect my time and effort, and the work of others in the community.
