Refund Policy


At Flying Squirrel, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under the following guidelines: 


1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. 
  • Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only provided under special circumstances, such as failure to download or corrupt files. 


2. How to Request a Refund: 

  • Please email us via our contact page with your order details and reason for the request. 
  • We may ask for additional information to resolve the issue. 


3. Non-Refundable Items: 

  • Refunds will not be issued for items that have been downloaded successfully, unless there is a verified defect. 
  • Customized or personalized content is non-refundable.
