Everything sold here is a digital file, delivered immediately. Once it has been downloaded there is no way to return it, so refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not available except where required by law.

Album covers. Each cover is a one-of-one work. When it sells it is delivered to you and permanently retired from the shop, so the sale cannot be reversed without the piece having been taken off sale for nothing. One cover, one owner. That is the deal.

If something is wrong, that is a different question and it has a different answer. A download that fails, a file that will not open, the wrong file entirely: email hello@samplefound.com and I will make it right. No refunds does not mean no help.
