Custom Voice Recordings – Self Concept Suite
This policy applies to all custom and personalized audio offerings within the Self Concept Suite, including but not limited to Signature Essence recordings, self concept activations, and any made to order voice recordings created specifically for you.
NATURE OF THE SERVICE
These offerings are custom, intuitive, and created based on the information you provide. Each recording is a unique digital product made specifically for you. Because of this, it cannot be returned, resold, or reused for another client.
INTUITIVE OFFERING DISCLAIMER
This recording is a reflective and intuitive offering created for personal insight and self awareness. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases of custom voice recordings are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for:
- Change of mind
- Shifts in personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with style, tone, or content that is based on subjective preference
- Not listening to or using the recording after it has been delivered
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a custom digital product and that all sales are final.
CANCELLATIONS
Once your order is placed, work on your session may begin at any time. For this reason, orders for custom recordings cannot be canceled.
In the rare case of accidental duplicate purchase of the same product, you may contact me within 24 hours of payment. Any adjustment or credit in that situation is offered at my sole discretion and is not guaranteed.
DELIVERY
Custom recordings are delivered digitally to the email address you provide at checkout, or through the delivery method specified on the product page.
You are responsible for entering the correct email address and checking your spam or promotions folders. If you do not receive your recording within the stated delivery window, you agree to contact me first so that I can resend your file.
If there is a technical issue with the file itself, I will resend or replace the file at no additional cost. This does not change the final sale nature of the purchase.
REVISIONS
Each offering will clearly state what is included. Unless otherwise specified on the product page:
- Revisions are not included for preference changes or new information provided after the recording has been created.
- Minor corrections for clear technical errors, such as mispronouncing your name, may be addressed once at my discretion.
Any additional edits, rewrites, or new recordings beyond what is described on the product page are considered a new service and will require a separate purchase.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
By purchasing a custom recording, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services that have been delivered as described.
If you believe there has been an error with your payment or delivery, you agree to contact me first so the issue can be reviewed and resolved where appropriate.
This policy does not remove any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply in your region. It is intended to make clear that unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks for properly delivered services are not permitted.
UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS
If a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact your payment provider immediately. You should also contact me with any relevant documentation so I can review the situation. Any resolution in the case of unauthorized use will follow the requirements of the payment provider and applicable law.
AGREEMENT
By purchasing a Self Concept Suite custom voice recording, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- You understand that you are purchasing a custom digital product.
- You agree that all sales are final and that refunds are not offered except where required by law.
