AVATARS

♡ you must be over 18 to purchase ANY nsfw model from me. if you are caught, you will be blacklisted until you are 18. you may purchase my SFW avatars or uploads, as these are SFW.

♡ do not leak my packages/fbxs. This is your ONLY warning. if you are caught, you will be blacklisted.

♡ no resale allowed on ANY of my avatars, regardless if edited or not.

♡ do not claim my avatars as yours, even if edited. (any edits you do are yours, but the base model is mine nad must be credited as such.)

♡ do not make my avatars public under ANY circumstances. only I am allowed to make my avatars public if their assets allow.

♡ do not take assets from my avatars, same goes with my edits of assets on avatars. I provide credit for ANY asset used, please buy from the original creators.

♡ please have some knowledge of unity before purchasing. i do offer uploads for a $5 fee ontop of your avatar purchase. check my server for more information.

♡ if you cannot upload yourself and would not like me to, someone else may upload for you if you BOTH own personal rights to the model. (they must purchase it.)

♡ you may not charge for uploading a CLEAN version of one of my models for someone else. if caught, you will be blacklisted. you are allowed to commission edits of my avatars if both users involved own a personal license to the model. (both commissioner and buyer must own the model)

♡ if you do not put in your VRC name and Discord, your license is invalid and this could lead to you being blacklisted from my shop if caught.

♡ you are allowed to use my models on social media/streaming, as long as I am credited with my store link.

♡ you are allowed to convert my models for use in ChilloutVR or NeosVR.

♡ purchases are non-refundable. if you purchase anything from me, it is final. chargebacks without proper reason will be blacklisted.

♡ you are NOT permitted to copy/replicate ANY of my models/assets. if caught, you will be blacklisted and banned.

ASSETS

♡ all FREE assets are allowed for commercial, public, nitro, personal and free avatars.

♡ all PAID assets are allowed for commercial, public, nitro, personal and free avatars.

♡ all assets require credit if used on a commercial/free/nitro avatar using my discord and payhip shop. (e.g. asset: shaybie#1337 payhip.com/shaybie)

♡ you are allowed to edit meshes of all my assets, but I must be credited for creating the base mesh.

♡ resale/redistribution/trading is not allowed and if caught will result in a blacklist.

♡ claiming my assets as your own is not allowed. (if you edited the mesh, you can credit yourself for the edits.)

♡ if used commercially, seller must make the buyer aware that they must purchase the asset through me to use it.

♡ if you do not put your discord properly, your license is invalid and could lead to a blacklist.

♡ you are allowed to use my assets in ChilloutVR and NeosVR
