Hi! My name is Silvia, and I'm a young woman with a strong desire to travel the world and discover everything it has to offer.

Fate and my own longing to explore led me to Asia together with my boyfriend. I'm truly grateful to have already visited so many countries, including Japan (three times), South Korea, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Bali, and I'm currently in Australia.

This is where my desire to share what I learn day by day comes from, and to offer advice to those who want to travel like me, especially by showing that even in far-off countries, you can find plenty of healthy, plant-based options.
