General Rules
- My asset(s) are created exclusively for the game VRChat, and may not be used on another platform. Personal use is only permitted if you have received my explicit permission in a server ticket beforehand (commercial, public or free usage outside of VRChat is strictly prohibited).
- Do not purchase if you have no Blender/Unity knowledge. I am not responsible for teaching you how to set the asset(s) up/use it.
- You must always credit me (skeletib/tilly) with a link to the asset(s) used and also specify the asset(s) used; Skirt by Skeletib [link to asset(s)].
- Recreating any of my designs/asset(s)-real life or 3D, including personal use-is strictly prohibited.
- If you wish to gift the asset(s), make sure you use the gifting function and add the recipient's discord at checkout.
- The License to the asset(s) is connected to the discord you add at checkout, make sure it's correct for a valid License.
- Do not remove any nametags/watermarks from my assets.
- You may use the asset(s) for public VRChat avatars; Commercial License is required.
- You are not allowed to use my asset(s) to train AI.
- I am not responsible if you buy the wrong version of an asset.
- Because of the digital nature of my products I do not give refunds.
Usage Of Asset(s) On Commissions
- If you wish to commission a creator for a complete avatar using the asset(s), the creator must be the one with a License to the asset(s); a Commercial License is required.
- You are not allowed to reuse the asset(s) after the commission is complete unless you have a License to the asset(s) yourself. Both creator and commissionaire must own a license to the asset if the files are shared.
- If you wish to commission a creator to alter the asset(s) in any way, all parties involved must own a license to the asset(s).
Commercial License
VRChat avatars only.
Commercial License applies unless stated otherwise (or given the choice of Personal/Commercial Licenses).
With the Commercial License:
You may:
- Use the asset(s) to make a profit on a completed VRChat avatar.
- Edit/retexture the asset(s).
- Use the asset(s) for VTubing/streaming with proper credit.
You may not:
- Claim the asset(s) as your own.
- Resell the asset(s) on its own, even if you have modified it.
- Redistribute/share the asset(s) to anyone without a valid license in any case.
- Use the asset(s) on free/nitro avatars.
- Price the avatar lower than the cost of the asset(s); if the asset(s) cost 18$, the avatar must cost 18$ or above.
Your customers must obtain the asset(s) from my shop with a valid License to be allowed to use it.
Personal License
With the Personal License:
You may:
- Use the asset(s) for personal/private use.
- Edit/retexture the asset(s).
You may not:
- Use the asset(s) to make a profit in any way.
- Claim the asset(s) as your own.

- Redistribute/share the asset(s) to anyone without a valid license in any case.
