All of our products are created and packaged with care, and many are made in limited batches. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, reach out within 7 days of delivery through the Contact Page so we can make it right. Replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and depend on product availability.
Shipping Schedule:
Pre-order shipments (placed before an official release date) will go out on the release date. Regular orders ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
