Terms and Conditions
By purchasing, downloading, or using any beats from this website, you agree to the following terms:
1. License Grant
All beats are licensed, not sold.
The Producer grants the Buyer a non-exclusive or exclusive license depending on the purchase agreement.
Ownership of the beat remains with the Producer at all times unless explicitly stated in an Exclusive Rights agreement.
2. Usage Rights
The Buyer may use the beat according to the limits of the purchased license, including:
- Recording music
- Distribution
- Streaming
- Monetization
Any usage beyond the license limits requires an upgrade.
3. Copyright
- Producer retains full copyright ownership of all beats
- Buyer owns the final master recording (song)
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action
4. Credit Requirement
The Buyer must credit the Producer as:
“Prod. by Soundlicious”
5. Prohibited Uses
Buyer may NOT:
- Resell, lease, or distribute the beat as-is
- Claim ownership of the beat
- Use the beat beyond license limits
6. Payments
All payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
7. License Termination
Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of the license.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.
