We're based in the USA and use USPS. Domestic shipping can take 2-5 days, maybe a week. Please check the USPS website for shipping estimates.

Cancellations: Please cancel your order before they're sent out. We may not be able to retrieve them in time. Refund is not eligible if package cannot be retrieved before send out.

Missing items: Please have a recorded video of the unboxing as it will be proof of missing items.

Wrong items: Refund eligiablity will be provided based on what the wrong item was sent instead.
