Terms of Service

By purchasing a product, you must agree to abide by the Terms of Service.

• No refunds for digital products. This applies to all avatars. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Chargebacks will lead to bans and reports from the store. You will have no rights to use any avatars from the store any longer.

• It is prohibited to upload ANY of my avatars publicly, including free and edited ones. The avatars sold are STRICTLY for personal/private use only and can only be used by the buyer/giftee themself.

• Leaking/redistributing/sharing/selling any of my avatars' files is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This also includes edited and free avatars. The avatars should and ONLY be available on my (spaceebean) Payhip store.

• NO trading packages and price splitting

• You may edit the model to your personal liking and edit it for optimization purposes. Extreme editing is not allowed unless I permit it. An example of this is when the model looks unrecognizable from its original design. NO HEADSWAPPING OR BODY SWAPPING.

• DO NOT take ANY parts/assets off of the models. Using or taking any parts/assets from the avatars without purchasing/obtaining them from the original creators is strictly prohibited.

• You are not allowed to claim any avatars as your own, even after adding/removing details or heavily editing them. DO NOT REMOVE ANY LOGOS.

• DO NOT gatekeep the avatars from others if asked; credit my store link.

• You must be 18+ before purchasing any NSFW avatars.

• Using my avatars for streaming or VTubing is allowed by crediting my store link. DO NOT USE ANY OF MY AVATARS EDITED OR NOT TO SHARE CONTROVERSIAL TOPICS, such as racism, homophobia, pedophilia, and so on.

• You are not allowed to upload my avatars to anyone else's account except your own. Make a ticket in the server if need of assistance or uploads.

• DO NOT use my avatars for any other social VR/non-VR platforms except VRCHAT.

• I am not responsible for any bugs on the model when VRChat updates happen.

• I am not responsible for any bugs that may occur when you edit the model.

• You CANNOT use my models or assets IN ANY WAY to generate AI images or videos/train AI models/create NFTs/to promote cryptocurrency.

• By purchasing any of my work, you automatically agree to giving me the rights to share information about you with other trusted parties/creators, if you break my TOS in any way!

• Violation of these rules and terms of service may result in a DMCA notice. Failure to comply with the DMCA may lead to further legal actions. You also will get banned from my Discord server and all of my stores. If you are banned, you do not have a right or permission to use any of my avatars.
