I'm a licensed massage therapist, corrective exercise specialist, and certified personal trainer dedicated to helping women in midlife build a strong foundation for lifelong wellness.  


Rather than working one-on-one, I create expertly designed resources that empower women to understand their bodies, optimize movement, and take charge of their health with confidence. My goal is to simplify complex wellness concepts, giving women the tools to navigate strength training, recovery, and nutrition with clarity and ease.
