Susan was born in Britain of a Canadian mother and British father. She frequently features both heritages in her stories. To date Susan has written 12 novels, a memoir and many short stories. She lives and writes in Ottawa Canada with her canine assistant Miss Penny, author of her own book, A Dog with A blog. Susan writes historical fiction and women’s fiction, always with a love story.
