General Licensing Terms

All digital content (sound kits, loop kits, etc.) is licensed, not sold. The copyright of all content remains with Tahtx.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our digital products in your personal and commercial music productions, subject to the conditions below.

Paid Kits 💰

Royalty-free for online beat-leases (e.g., selling beats on BeatStars, YouTube, or your website).
No splits for leased beats.
Loops placed with a major artist, signed to a record label, or surpasses 1 million streams, you must get in touch for clereance and negotiate a fair split before release.

Free Kits 🎁

50/50 royalty splits online beat-leases (e.g., selling beats on BeatStars, YouTube, or your website).
Loops placed with a major artist, signed to a record label, or surpasses 1 million streams, you must get in touch for clereance and negotiate a fair split before release.

You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose loops in any form.

Unauthorized repackaging in sample packs or as standalone sounds is a copyright violation.
