My name is Tatiana, I’m a mom, a wife, and a fur mama to two dogs, and like many women, I balance fitness alongside a full-time career and a busy life.
I know firsthand that staying consistent isn’t always easy — but I also know how powerful it is when you make yourself a priority. Fitness has always been more than just how I look; it’s how I feel, how I show up for my family, and how I build confidence in myself.
I created this program to help women train smarter, feel stronger, and build confidence through strength — especially as our bodies change over time. You don’t need perfection, extreme routines, or burnout to see results. You just need structure, intention, and consistency.
