Tha Recipe Lab primarily sells digital products that are delivered electronically.

Because digital products can generally be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once the digital content has been supplied or accessed, subject to any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

Problems With Your Purchase

Please contact us if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You purchased the wrong product accidentally and have not accessed or downloaded it.
• Your download is corrupted or does not work.
• You did not receive access to the product you purchased.
• The product you received materially differs from what was advertised.

We will review legitimate purchase problems and, where appropriate, provide replacement access, technical assistance, or a refund.

Change of Mind

Because our products are digital and may be delivered immediately, we generally do not provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after receiving or accessing the product, except where required by applicable law.
