About Me

As a women's business mentor and intuitive guide, I help women in transition connect with who they're becoming and rebuild their relationship with themselves from that new space.

Hi, I'm Bonnie.

I know exactly what it feels like to look in the mirror and not like the person looking back. That was me in 2010. I had become what I now call a recovering runner — constantly running from myself, from the discomfort of being in my own body, mind, and life.

It took one deeply uncomfortable Easter morning, watching a replay of my own behavior on a tablet, to decide: I'm done. It's time for me to change. The person I saw wasn't who I wanted to be.

I was done wishing and hoping for things to be different.

What happened when I finally did the inner work changed everything. My relationships transformed. My health improved. The way I thought, communicated, and moved through the world shifted. And people started noticing.

Strangers began asking: "Where are you teaching this?"

In 2015, I started sharing what I'd learned. I haven't stopped since.

Over the past decade, I've:

  • Trained alongside Bob Proctor, facilitating his Thinking Into Results program
  • Spoken on the stage at Cambridge University, UK
  • Co-authored an Amazon best-selling book
  • Appeared on morning shows and in national magazines
  • Delivered resilience training at Fort Campbell, KY
  • Led retreats and spoken at women's conferences and charity events across the country

Today, I work primarily with women in business — ages 40–55 — who have built something real but feel that their lives or businesses no longer fit who they're becoming.

Some feel like this is a failure. But after working thousands of hours in private sessions and group settings, I know that this is self-evolution- a transition right on time.

And through it all, one thing has remained constant: the women I work with don't just change what they do. They change who they believe they are.

If you're here, something in you already knows it's time. I'm glad you found your way.

A little more about me:

I'm a wife and mom. I have a cat named Kizmit. I believe deeply that the most important relationship you will ever have is the one you have with yourself and that when that relationship shifts, everything else follows.

I've been on my own Freely Me Journey for over 15 years now, and I can honestly tell you: it's ongoing, it's worth it, and it gets better.

It's so great to have you here!

Best wishes!
