Refunds and returns on DIGITAL products aren't allowed or available, because even if you didn't enjoy what you consumed (or hate yourself for what you liked) you can't regurgitate the item and it'll always be available for download on your device, so no, refunds and returns aren't possible. So do be sure to read the product info, content notes etc. before purchasing.

Once you've successfully purchased the files, you'll be redirected to a download site where you can download the file. Once downloaded, the file should pop up in your download files (or whoever ever newly downloaded content on your phone went)

Purchasing my books aren't mandatory, especially if you're not able to afford them, but pirating is not the way and it's just atrocious behaviour and an atrocious mindset to have.
