Refunds and returns on DIGITAL products are not allowed or available, because even if you didn't enjoy what you consumed (or hate yourself for what you liked) you can't regurgitate the item and it'll always be available for download on your device. So no, refunds and returns (on digital products) aren't possible so do be sure to read the product info, content notes etc. of the book before purchasing.
