Willow's Woodland Worry is written by Sarah Lang, a mum of 2 and a paediatric Occupational Therapist. The book was initially inspired by her daughter, as well as many of the neurodivergent children that she supports through her work. This book aims to support children (and adults) to understand themselves, their emotional experiences and how these can look and feel in their body.

This story gently provides practical, sensory and mindfulness-based strategies, as stories can be a beautiful way of helping children explore and understand themselves and their own inner world.
