Keep in mind it is REQUIRED for you to age verify once in the discord and complete an introduction so the server may get to know you better. This discord, this group is meant for the people, so make sure you put your best foot forward!

┃・This is a mental health server — do not target others for their struggles.

┃・Everyone is equal. This is an inclusive space.

┃・We offer support — we won’t micromanage or replace parental roles.

┃・Do not fake mental illness, health issues, hospital stays, or suicide attempts — these are serious and lying = ban.

┃・No harassment of any kind — sexual, racial, cyberbullying, sexism, homophobia, bigotry, or hate.

┃・Avoid controversial topics like politics. Keep discussions appropriate and respect boundaries.

┃・Don’t be a negative presence. Engage with the group or leave.

┃・No “snowflakes,” “pick-me’s,” or similar behavior — look it up if unsure.

┃・Leave your ego at the door. No need for cockiness or being a jerk.

┃・18+ only. Don’t lie about your age. Need help verifying or answering the 4 questions? Just ask.

┃・If you don't verify your age & accept the rules within a week, you’ll be kicked.

┃・No drama — personal, server-related, or otherwise. Take it to DMs.

┃・Take conflicts to DMs. If not, both parties may be kicked. No favoritism.

┃・Respect others’ time and schedules.

┃・Relationships are allowed but not the focus. Handle breakups privately. If needed, the newer member may be asked to leave.

┃・No promotions: no Discords, groups, or money-related promos — no exceptions.

┃・Profiles must not contain explicit/sexual content. (Discord allows server-specific profiles.)

┃・All channels must remain SFW — NSFW stays in NSFW. Overly sexual behavior is not allowed.

┃・Follow channel titles and descriptions. Ask before using pings.

┃・Get permission before pinging others.

┃・No spamming or excessive pinging.

┃・Do not share private info without consent.

┃・Spamming, alt accounts, or suspicious activity = ban/kick.

┃・Instant joining/leaving may be seen as spam and result in a ban.

┃・Real life always comes first. ┃・Staff may ban/kick as needed. Appeals can be made to owners or staff.

┃・Appeals take 1–4 weeks. You may be placed on a 30–60 day pre-trial in the server.

┃・Do not disrespect staff. Final decisions on tickets, bans, or kicks rest with the team. If a situation seems unfair, a meeting may be held. (Includes the 3-strike system used in The Undercroft)

┃・Warning — You’ll be asked to stop the behavior.

┃・Second/Third Chance — Repeating the action or breaking another rule may result in a kick, ban, removal, or blacklisting.

┃・Minors (17 and under) face immediate removal for any rule violations due to our 18+ policy and liability concerns. They are held to stricter standards to protect The Undercroft’s reputation.

┃・Adults may also face a one-strike removal if actions are deemed severe.

┃・Staff may apply these measures at their discretion (via vote). Appeals can be made via ⁠✉﹕⤷-・tickets. Serious offenses may result in an instant kick or ban.

┃・Staff decisions may overrule in the absence of Owners. A staff majority vote may take precedence to protect the group.

┃・Failure to accept rules will result in immediate removal from the server.

A kick or ban may occur for the following offenses:

• Lying about your age.
• Promoting hate, harassment, or violence.
• Sharing or promoting inappropriate content.
• Sharing personal information or reproducing content from creators without permission.
• Violating ⁠general server rules.
• Displaying behavior or speech that staff believe lowers group morale — repeated patterns will result in action.
• Acting disrespectfully, being overly arrogant, or failing to maintain basic decency.
• Causing or involving the group in drama or fights — drama will not be tolerated.
• Refusing to remove promos, sexual, or suggestive content from your Discord profile — this will result in a kick or ban.
• Bringing in a minor into The Undercroft. Whether your personal friend or not. = Ban Offense.

┃・Foster engagement; don’t complain if others are offline or unavailable.

┃・Staff will support rough days — use Discord chats to avoid crowding the server.

┃・In talking games (e.g., Cards Against Humanity, Audience Anarchy, Hot Seat), loud music is not allowed unless approved; volume warnings will be issued.

┃・No harassment, hate speech, or hate-based topics. Politics and religion are off-limits unless permitted.

┃・All members — adult or minor — are expected to behave appropriately. Misconduct may lead to individual or group removal.

┃・Promote inclusivity — avoid cliques and encourage everyone to participate.

┃・Stay active in VRC Undercroft instances — don’t join and leave right after.

┃・Group photos/videos should be inclusive — use small groups or include multiple people in selfies.

┃・If only five members are online, use the day for personal time to avoid routine fatigue.

┃・Keep external drama out of the group; staff will step in if needed.

┃・Rules may be added over time to address new concerns.

┃・Always follow VRChat’s Terms of Service and rules.
