All rules displayed are meant for ALL purposes. These may and will be added to when needed.

All relationships must follow this rule. If one partner joins later, the longer-standing member stays. We don’t take sides to protect the group’s stability.

Keep in mind it is REQUIRED for you to age verify once in the discord and complete an introduction so the server may get to know you better. This discord, this group is meant for the people, so make sure you put your best foot forward!

┃・We're a mental health server! ~ Don't target people for their conditions or struggles.

┃・***Must be 18+.*** Do not lie about your age ~ If you need help to verify/4 questions ~ ASK!

┃・Real life always comes first. 

┃・NO SNOWFLAKES / Pick me's etc!~ Don’t know what it means, look it up. 

┃・Don’t be a negative Nancy. Be part of the group. OR GET OUT! 

┃・Leave Ego's at the door. Not everything needs your imput/cockiness etc. Long story short, DONT BE AN ASSHOLE.

┃・Do not lie about a Mental Illness / Issue with ur health / hospital visits or claim ||suicide|| attempts. These are SERIOUS and will be taken seriously. Any lies will be banned.

┃・Your Discord profile must NOT have overly sexual / explicit content. You will be asked to change if so. (Discord offers profiles per server) 

┃・DO NOT have any promos on your discord (No promoing Discords / No promo for groups / Money etc etc) NO EXCEPTIONS. We will ask you to remove it. Failure to do so will result in a ban.

┃・EVERYONE is equal. This is an inclusive environment.  

┃・Any Appeal applications will take 1-4 weeks for review, given this you may have a PRE-TRIAL of 30-60 days before your main trial within the Group Discord.

┃・No harassment, including sexual, racial, or cyberbullying. No sexism, racism, homophobia, bigotry, or any form of hate in general.

┃・No personal drama / other server drama / drama in general. (Creating drama or having it continue here etc. TAKE IT TO DMS!)

┃・We can stop you guys from dating. Have fun. But dont make that the sole reason you are here. Existing relationships are fine, but this is not a dating platform. Handle breakups privately, and if needed, one party should leave to prevent more issues. (the one who joined more recently)

┃・Be respectful and don't expect others to bend to your schedule.

┃・Keep discussions appropriate, avoid politics or topics that may be deemed controversial, and respect boundaries.

┃・Instant joining/leaving may raise suspicions—spammers will be banned.

┃・If you don't verify age & accept the rules within a week, you'll be kicked.

┃・Staff can ban or kick as needed but appeals are possible to the owners or staff.

┃・Obtain permission before using pings.

┃・A kick/ban will occur for the following offenses:

- Lying about your age.

- Promoting Hate / Harassment etc.

- Promoting violence, hate, or inappropriate content. 

- Unauthorized sharing of personal lives / reproduction of content from creators etc.

- Breaking #╭▸market-rules / TOS of partners or general server rules.

- If staff believes, you are bringing down the morale of the group due to actions/ words/patterns, actions will be taken.

- Being an overall prick, too full of yourself etc. It isn't a hard task to be a decent person.

- Involving drama in the group, causing fights, bringing drama in will be cause for kick/ban. 

- For not removing Promos / Sexual content or Suggestive content from Discord profile. = Ban / Kick

┃・Do not disrespect ANY staff. Final choices lie with the staff, for any ticket/ban/kick etc. If it is deemed unfair, there will be a meeting to discuss. (This includes the 3 chance system with The Undercroft. It repeats as follows ~) 

┃・***Warning*** ~ You will be asked not to continue the behavior

┃・***Second Chance*** ~ Continue the same actions or break a rule overall will result in a Kick /Ban / Removal / Blacklisting 

┃・Minors (17 and under) and adults face different consequences due to our 18+ policy. Minors will be removed immediately for any rule violations to protect The Undercroft’s reputation. Minors are held more responsible due to liabilities, with actions addressed accordingly. (Please note adults can still face a single strike and can be removed due to ANY actions taken.)

┃・The Undercroft RESERVES the right to see fit when these roles will be in play from the Staff team (by vote). You are FREE to appeal using the #┃⤷-・tickets . If your actions are deemed too severe, an AUTO BAN or KICK may come into play. 

┃・ Staff have an overruling from Owners. If majority vote by staff, staff can rule in any instance for the sake of the group away from owners absence. 

┃・ Failure to accept the #┃⤷-・rules will result in immediate removal from the server.

┃・Foster active engagement; don't complain if people aren't online or unavailable.

┃・Staff will support members having a rough day; use Discord to avoid overcrowding in the server.

┃・In talking games like Cards Against Humanity, Audience Anarchy, or Hot Seat, loud music is prohibited unless permitted; others will be warned about volume.

┃・No harassment, hate speech, or hate-based discussions. Avoid discussing politics and religion unless permitted.

┃・Appropriate behavior is expected from both adults and children. Misbehavior might result in removal for individuals or the entire group.

┃・Encourage inclusivity by avoiding cliques and promoting participation from everyone.

┃・Stay active and engaged when joining a VRC Undercroft instance; avoid leaving shortly after.

┃・Ensure group photos and videos are inclusive, using small groups or multiple people in selfies.

┃・When only five members are present, spend the day independently to maintain personal time and reduce routines.

┃・Avoid bringing outside drama into the group; staff will address any issues if necessary.

┃・Rules may be added over time to address new issues.

┃・Always adhere to VRC Terms of Service and rules.
