When people think about mental health support, traditional talk therapy is often the first thing that comes to mind. While therapy can be incredibly beneficial, it’s not the right fit for everyone. Some may feel uncomfortable discussing personal issues with a stranger, while others struggle to put their emotions into words. The cost, time commitment, and accessibility of therapy can also be major barriers.There are other effective ways to support mental well-being beyond the traditional therapy model.
