But what if just 20-30 minutes each night could change that? What if you could build a powerful ritual that nourishes your body, sharpens your mind, and connects you to your spirit鈥攁ll before you even get into bed?
That鈥檚 why I鈥檓 launching my Super Self-Care 30 Day Challenge starting TODAY, and I am so excited to invite you to do it alongside me. This isn't about a quick fix; it's about building sustainable, deeply nourishing habits that make you feel incredible from the inside out.
Here鈥檚 the game plan. Every night for the next 30 days, we鈥檙e committing to this ritual:
The Nightly Super Self-Care Ritual
1. Dry Skin Brushing (5 mins): Before you shower, take a few minutes to dry brush your skin. Start at your feet and brush upward toward your heart using long, sweeping motions. This is our physical and energetic reset.
2. The Shower (10 mins): Rinse off and wash away the day鈥攍iterally and metaphorically.
3. The Glow-Up: Shea Butter & Gua Sha (5 mins): After showering, while your skin is still damp, apply a generous amount of rich shea butter to your face and neck. Then, take your jade gua sha stone and gently massage your face. Follow a tutorial if you're new鈥攊t鈥檚 easier than you think! This is our ritual for radiance and self-love.
4. The Strength Burst (5 mins): Before you even think about getting comfy, we鈥檙e knocking out our movement:
聽聽路 Squats (for strength and grounding)
聽聽路 Sit-ups (for core power)
聽聽路 Push-ups (do them on your knees if you need to! For inner and outer resilience)
5. The Sacred Connection (5-10 mins): Now, get into bed. This is my favorite part. Hold a crystal (choose one that calls to you鈥攂lack tourmaline for protection, amethyst for peace, clear quartz for clarity) and meditate for at least 5-10 minutes. If you feel guided, sit at your ancestor altar instead. Listen. Breathe. Connect. This is how we integrate and receive.
Why Commit to 30 Days?
A month is long enough to form a real habit and witness profound shifts. Here鈥檚 what you can expect by the end of our challenge:

路 Mental Clarity & Reduced Stress: This entire ritual is a massive act of releasing the day's stress. You鈥檒l process emotions, sweat out tension, and enter sleep with a calm, clear mind.
路 Empowerment: Most importantly, you will prove to yourself that you can prioritize yourself. That you are worth this time. That is the ultimate benefit.
