Spiritual woman. Spiritual man. Goddess. King. This one is for the ones who were chosen to break the chain.
I am in the threshing floor of my life.
The threshing floor is where grain is separated from chaff. Where the wheat is beaten so the husk can fall away. It is loud. It is violent. It is necessary. And it is not a place you walk into by accident. You are brought there. You are chosen for it.
I am in the fight of my life.
Not a fight against a person. Not a fight against circumstances. A fight against everything that came before me. Everything that was passed down. Everything that was never healed. Everything that was carried in silence.
And no one in my family has ever done this before.
I am the first.
I Woke Up in Warfare
This is the birth month and the passing month of my mother. The month I honor her on my altar.
And in that sacred window, in the middle of the heaviest fight I've ever been in β my mama spoke to me.
I cried. Not just from grief. From relief.
Because it all makes sense now.
She told me things she could only see from where she stands now. She told me that if people had listened β if they had heard what I was given to say β things would have been different. Not just in my life. In hers.
She sees it now. And I see it too.
If people would just listen to the messenger, so many lives would be different.
But people don't listen.
And it is even harder when the messenger is also the example. When the messenger has to live out loud what she was sent to say. When every word she speaks is tested in her own body first.
That is a brutal assignment.
But it is the assignment that turns the wheel.
The Wheel of Fortune does not spin for people who stay still. It turns for the ones who move β even when moving costs them everything. And when it turns, it turns for the greater good. Not just for me. For everyone connected to me. For everyone watching.
For my bloodline.
What My Mama Told Me
She said:
Keep going.
Don't back down.
That's it. That's the whole message. No long explanation. No spiritual bypass. Just: Keep going. Don't back down.
Because she knows what I'm carrying. Because she sees what I'm breaking. Because she understands now, from where she stands, what it costs to be the one who says yes.
The True Black Sheep
I need to say something about the black sheep.
We've been lied to about who the black sheep is.
The black sheep is not the one who rebelled for rebellion's sake. Not the one who ran away from the family. Not the one who caused trouble because they couldn't be controlled.
The true black sheep is the one who accepts the calling of being slaughtered for her family, her children, her bloodline.
She is the one who agrees to be misunderstood. Agrees to be blamed. Agrees to be talked about. Agrees to be left out. Agrees to carry the weight that everyone else pretended wasn't there.
She is the one who takes the knife so the lineage doesn't have to.
But here is the mystery.
She does not stay on the altar.
She resurrects. She rises. She comes back from the slaughter with the chains in her hands β broken.
And many will be angry.
Many will not understand.
Many will understand and still be angry.
That is why my very existence has been difficult. Not because something is wrong with me. Because I am the one who broke the pattern. And people who are still trapped in the pattern often hate the one who got free.
It's not personal. It's ancestral. It's the resistance of a lineage that's never seen anyone walk out.
But I'm walking out anyway.
What I Have Been Given
I want to be clear about something.
I have been given the tools.
I did not come into this fight empty-handed. I came with honey jars and black salt and lanterns. I came with ancestors who speak, guides who lead, and a craft that works. I came with dreams that warn me and dreams that carry me. I came with a daughter who is fearless. I came with a mother who speaks to me from the other side.
I came prepared.
And that is how I know I will finish.
Not because I'm stronger than everybody else. But because I was equipped for exactly this. Nothing about this fight is random. Nothing about this season is a surprise to Spirit.
This is the work.
To the Ones Who Know
If you're reading this and something in your chest is burning, you know.
You know what it feels like to be the first. The first to go to therapy. The first to leave the marriage. The first to cut the cord. The first to say "I'm not carrying this anymore." The first to be called crazy for telling the truth.
You know what it feels like to be the messenger nobody listens to β and then to watch them suffer the exact thing you warned them about.
You know what it feels like to be the black sheep who was never really lost. Just chosen.
You know what it feels like to be slaughtered and then rise.
This is for you.
Keep going.
Don't back down.
They will be angry. Some will come around. Some won't. That's not your assignment. Your assignment is to break what was never meant to be carried past you.
And you're doing it.
Closing
This is the birth month and the passing month of my mother.
She spoke to me. She told me to keep going.
So I will.
I am the first in my bloodline to clear the negative energies. To break the habits. To cut the soul ties. To choose myself. To say this stops here.
I am breaking generational curses.
I am the true black sheep.
And I will not give up. I will not give in.
Spirit got this.
Let the tears flow. Let the journey continue.
Ase. Ase. Ase.
