1. I do not offer REFUNDS, in some cases please contact me if something is/went wrong at checkout.
2. You can use ALL MY ASSETS on Free, Public, Nitro, Personal & Commercial Models!
3. Do NOT claim as your own, redistribute, resell, etc.
4. DO NOT commission/replicate ANY OF MY WORK. I reserve the right to my character/asset designs and to block/take any legal action wherever necessary.
5. If you do not correctly fill out your VRChat name and Discord user at checkout you're violating my TOS.
6. no; leaking, trading, friend uploads, or price splitting, etc.

SPECIFIC MODEL TOS:

2. DO NOT upload publicly, these models are for private use only. 
3.  I DO NOT ALLOW ASSET FARMING. Taking parts from my models and putting them on your own model is N O T A L L O W E D.
4. You are permitted to allow someone else to edit the avatar for you. They do not need to own the avatar, I just ask that they delete the files when they are done.
5. Please credit me on social media. Please credit me when streaming in my model. You can use my model for NSFW content.

SPECIFIC ASSET TOS:

Do not reuse my assets on models, unless you have purchased them from me (must be included in credits) 

By purchasing my digital asset's (hereinafter referred to as the "item"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Redistribution:You are prohibited from redistributing, selling, or sharing the item in its standalone form. - The item may only be incorporated into finished models and projects.
2. Usage of Textures: Do not include all of my textures in files, whether in Unity or any other format, for sharing or distribution purposes.
3. Alteration of Meshes: Any unauthorized re-UVing, tracing, or alteration of my meshes for redistribution purposes is strictly prohibited and will be treated as theft.
4. Texture Creation: Creating new textures for the item is permitted, provided none of my base textures are used in the process.
5. Reuse & Credits: You may only reuse the item in your models if you have made a purchase from Toasty Socks - Payhip.
6. Projects utilizing my assets must provide credit, referencing the aforementioned link.
7. Violation Consequences: Non-compliance with these terms may result in legal action.
8. Violators could face fines, and unauthorized use of the asset may be demanded for removal.

If banned from The Jellybean Jar you have no rights to my products and I will take actions against your accounts, before ban has been placed you will be contacted beforehand.
