Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, a luxury resort in Summerlin, has announced key initiatives to enhance dining sites, entertainment offerings, and gaming experiences, along with a whole new addition to the resort. New concepts on the way include the famous Thai restaurant Lotus of Siam, the Greek restaurant Naxos Taberna, and the Oyster Bar, as well as a fabulous cocktail lounge, newly created High Limit Slot Room, and a vibrant casino bar affiliated with the Bua Food Group.

A new restaurant located north of the resort will be at the center of the activity. Lotus of Siam, Naxos Tabena, Callisto Oyster Bar and a whole new casino bar come together to create a dynamic addition to Red Rock's Restaurant Row and further complement the resort's culinary collection.

Naxos Tabena: The new restaurant concept features traditional and authentic Greek seafood-oriented dishes and will be located next to the Lotus in Siam.
Callisto Oyster Bar: Bois Food Group, located at the entrance of naxos tabena, presents the oyster bar with fresh seafood options in the 13-seater bar.
Nielsen's Frozen custard: fan favorite for over 40 years, Nielsen's Frozen custard is their first expansion. Second location to join Red Rock's food court in early 2023. Featuring freshly made frozen custard every hour, Nielsen's are all about quality materials and reliable processes.
Casino Bar: Located between Lotus of Siam and Naxos Tabena, the casino bar is the primary location for guests looking for gaming options and pre-dinner cocktails or night caps.
Cocktail Lounge: The former event space, Crimson, is transforming into a throwback, high-end cocktail lounge set to debut this winter. The updated space currently under construction will provide Summerlin with a vibrant evening atmosphere with a classical and intimate atmosphere.
Full Lounge for Adults: The former Crimson pool will be a comfortable oasis offering adults a premium full lounge that is easily accessible from the resort's main pool.
High Limit Slots: In addition to enjoying table games in the newly opened high limit room, the high limit slot area has been upgraded to a luxurious experience, featuring 73 favorite games, a luxury cocktail bar, and a dedicated cage.
Starbucks: Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa will offer two beautiful new Starbucks locations within the resort, with a food court branch refurbished and a whole new branch opening in the hotel lobby.
